El 10 de enero se cumplió un año de la muerte de David Bowie, y tanto él como el cantante Leonard Cohe, fallecidos el año pasado, han sido nominados a título póstumo, a los Brit Awards 2017.

La gala de premiación será el próximo 22 de febrero en el macroestadio O2 Arena de Londres. Además, la ceremonia será retransmitida en directo por el canal británico ITV.

Esta vez, Bowie competirá por dos galardones, en las categorías de mejor artista masculino y mejor álbum por su último trabajo ‘Blackstar’, el cual salió a solo dos días de su muerte.

Por otro lado, el cantautor y poeta canadiense Leonard Cohen, quien también falleció en 2016, está nominado en la categoría de mejor artista masculino internacional, donde compite junto a Bon Iver, Bruno Mars, Drake y The Weeknd.
